Anyone know how to sync to 8-track analogue tape decks?

I have a Tascam TSR-8 8-track tape recorder and a Tascam 38 8-track tape recorder. I'd like to sync the two together to get 16 luscious heavy warm tape tracks for my next recording project, but I don't if it's possible to do this. Anyone tried it or know how it can be done? How about with two TSR-8s? I might be able to pick up another of those for cheap and could possibly do it that route.

Hi,
this is possible with analog tape syncronizer. (Time code must be recorded on one track of each tape recorder).
