The Technics is 9.5". Can you not make a new mounting plate for a different arm?

First off, the arm was the EPA-500. There were a number
of wands, the EPA-A501H being standard issue. The "H" is
for relatively light, fairly high compliance cartridges. There
were other arm wands ( E, L, and ??? ) suffix.

This arm was supplied with the SL-1015, but also sold
separately. You should be able to mount another
arm by making a new mounting plate as mentioned.

The EPA-500 is scarce as hen's teeth. It took me
almost 10 years (pre-Ebay) to find one.
