I'm going to put a common-gate buffer at the output of a current-output DAC so that I can use a passive I/V converter without harming the DAC output.

Unfortunately, my favourite Scandinavian supplier Elfa doesn't sell too big a variety of discrete small-signal PMOS transistors. So I could use some help.

What I need is:
- Low Vt (0.7-ish V)
- Rather flat Ids as function of Vds (high output resistance)
- Rather high gm (Vgs changes little as function of Ids)
- Easily obtainable samples or prototype quantities (20-ish)
- TO92 / sot23 / sot223 / sot89 package
- Low noise in common-gate configuration

I'd appreciate any hints about which transistors fit this bill.
