Default re-engineered loricraft 501

The Artisan Fidelity Turntables Drew Me In, the Sound Made Me Stay. | Analog Planet

They seem to be saying they buy a 501, then replace the bearing, idler and platter. Surely they are just buying the motor and power supply then?
