Default B&O MMC-5 cartridge?

Is the "B&O MMC-5" cartridge any good?

I just got a Thorens 165 that is mostly pristine and fitted with a" B&O MMC-5" cartridge and was wondering just how good it is.
Is it any better than my Shure M97xE?

Also, from what I can determine it uses a tracking force of 1.5g....... does this sound right?

It was the entry level of the range.
1.5g seems to be a little high.
It is a high compliance cartridge.
It is not a good match at all with the Thorens I think.
It may return in a Beogram, the good place for it.

Aren't the 160-165 arms considered relatively high compliance?
I did set the tac.ing force to 1.5g and the cantilever hardly defects.

The belt is to be delivered today so, I will get an idea of how good it is.

In any event, I got a the Shure M97xE that I can use with it and..... a Shure M91ED already mounted is a head shell that I can install in my Pioneer.
