Set up advice.

Hello,

Another newbie here. My intergrated amp (Nad c320 BEE) does not have a built in phono pre. I have a chance to buy a refurbished Technice SLBD 20D table for $80.00 including postage. I need advice on a good quality, inexpensive external phono pre. Whats are your thoughts also on the Technics table? Can it be upgraded/moded in the future? I do not have 'golden ears'. I just want to build a vinyl collection that sounds good for not too much money.
