Spares for my JVC 7045 arm

I have a JVC 7045 arm and need some spares. I trawled the e-bay and other places, but have never found....
What I need are the arm-elevator ,for lifting the arm, with part nr.E34283-001 and the arm rest part. Part- number found in the servicemanual.
Anybody out there who have an arm they do not use, or have this parts, please contact me!
