Default where can I buy a turntable needle

Hello guys, I am new here so hello

I have a question: where do you recommend buing a turbtable needle? I have got an old, Polish company Unitra's turntable and I would like to reactivate it. Are there shops with things like this or should I look for it online?

Hi there aioli and welcome to diyAudio.

Now turntables aren't really my thing so what I am going to suggest is that you might be best posting a picture of this cartridge and stylus... and then perhaps perhaps someone might recognise it or be able to suggest a replacement. I've never heard of that make tbh.

Just be aware of cartridge compatibility if you decide to replace the cartridge. Not all turntables can utilize all cartridges.

The cartridge on this table can be easily replaced. You need to determine roughly what sort of arm mass the arm has (maybe vinylengine can help there), tracking force range, anti-skating. There are many places online to order replacement cartridges.

Vinyl Engine | The Home of the Turntable - you need to be a member to access the extensive library and database.

I haven't been online for a while, I apologize for a late answer but thanks! The whole cartridge you say? I thought one needle would do...

Don't skip checking the Vinyl Engine link that Kevin KR gave. You might get up to date regarding your requirement. Will make things a lot easier if you know what you are doing.
