Very unlikely that the cartridge in question has spares available at this stage of the game, and in any event it is much easier to source a suitable modern cartridge than a needle for a cartridge built by an osbscure eastern block manufacturer 30+ yrs ago.

The AT95E will match your arm well, and is very good for the price,
and further replacement styli will be easy with a lot of choice.

It most definitely will be decent upgrade from what is fitted.

I wouldn't recommend the AT95 without knowing the phono preamp capacitance.
Too much capacitance and it will sound dull due it's high inductance. Most Ortofons
don't suffer from this.
Even more, fitting a catridge properly will require some basic knowledge about cart
