Default Td 125 MKII ground wires

Hallo.

I have bought a used Thorens TD 125 MK2, whose wood plinth was in very poor condition. When I opened it to disassemble it, I found two (supposedly) ground wires soldered to the rear connection board: one was connected to the suspended plinth, but the other was just disconnected and I could not figure out any reasonable point where that main should go.

Not to the tonearm, i guess because from the very same point on the board there is a third thin wire leading to the tonearm. So where?
