Default Earth wire in a Rega arm

I've removed this before (to run a seperate earth)
but I can't remember how I did it ! So it must be easy !

Is it there a tag inside the base of the arm ?

The plastic 'plug' in the base of the arm is held in by a hex grub screw ?

TIA /sreten.
