Just to share a reply from Cardas Audio. Though not the best, looks like the Coax offers the lowest capacitance ( For those still using wanting to use the V15 III).

33 awg X 4 with shield 20 pF measured from conductor to shield, 12.9 pF measured between conductors
2 X 23.5 awg with shield 35.3 pF measured from conductor to shield, 21.6 measured between conductors
2 X 21.5 awg with shield 39 pF measured from conductor to shield, 22 pF measured between conductors
