After several attempts at finding tubing for the wand I have got the correct size tubing both of Aluminum and Carbon Fiber. The problem is when heating the original tubing nothing is happening to remove it from the Chrome fixture. What is worse is that I lost the broken off part with the headshell I'm not very happy.
Can anyone of the experts tell me step by step how to recreate the wand arm like new?

I'm not familiar with the Black Widow tonearm but some photos might help us advise you.
The tube could be a press fit into the housing in which case heating won't remove it. It may have to be broken out by collapsing the tube to reduce its diameter within the housing or maybe turned out on a lathe.
