Teflon coupling capacitors & More No-Gain—No-Pain Tube Buffer Circuits
I have found such examples.
I want to know commercial RIAA phono preamps where such topologies are in use.
Thank you for advices.

The amount of capacitance needed at the I/P is HUGE, in order to obtain good bass performance. Both physical size and monetary outlay are prohibitively expensive, if PTFE dielectric is to be employed.
If you want to do LOMC phono, without a step up trafo (SUT), investigate Allen Wright's hybrid cascode.

the right electrolytic capacitors in signal pad (biased condition) is no audible disadvantage, so I think (additional - dc coupling is dangerous for moving coil cartridges).
