I'm thinking about replacing or bypassing the volume control on a Sherwood S3000-V tube tuner. If I can replace it with a blend control I will do so; if not I will bypass it as I don't need it. This has the power switch included.
I suspect that the Sherwood sibling the AM/FM S-2100-II would be very similar.
If anyone can please give me any guidance I would appreciate it. If you know the physical size of the existing part and/or the opening in the chassis, that would help. If it is stamped with part or vendor number such as "Allen-Bradley 25Kohm part #12345" that would be miraculous.
Of course I could take one apart but I thought I'd try this first!
Thanks!
