I build the Calvin super buffer and it works with some care to oszillation.

I will measure it later and listen tomorrow.

There are different versions of that buffers, are you talking about the one on the first post?

Please show us schematic and your impression sound wise.

I have now decided what version of the buffer i like best or better that works best to me.
It is the BJT version. I am using a bit different semis then Calvins schematic so i will publish the exact circuit i build. I can not overlook if changes to that circuit give the same result so when you want the same result that i got you have to build it my way.
My circuit produces around 5mV DC offset but that can be trimmed.

Ok I will give it a try.
Given we have the servo 5mV shouldn't be a problem.
However I was thinking to move the input of the servo at the input of the buffer and give it a listen.
In that case I will need to trim the output if the buffer!
Do you have any clue whether moving servo will impact sound at all?
I am a curious person always like to try new things

Why servos have an impact on the sound ?
It is an active element that can add distortion and somehow it is in the feedback chain.
When a single resistor makes a difference then a active element can do more.

Another view :
The servo extends the response in the bass.
That can be a good or a bad thing.
