This is the one Mpp #6462 it states that 24Vdc (on the input side) is the absolute minimum.

A quick run in the simulator shows these output residuals for:
Green 25Vdc, Blue 24Vdc and Red 23Vdc.

As you see 23Vdc is marginal.

I dont know if it makes any difference, but the trannies i use are ON semi MJE15032/33

It looks to me as 25 will be the minimum.

25Vdc is the recomended minimum as specified in Mpp #6462.
