Pair of 2SJ109 J109 & 2SK389 K389

I have buy in e-bay , from China, 4 pair of 2SJ109/2SK389 dual fet low noise.
When I try to test the Idss , I see the pin connection from data of Toshiba, the value that I see are incredible and impossible!! All the device get value as are all burn; all no finction!!
Now I say is impossible that all 4 the device as burn…………….. o are device no good and broken??

Some of you have buy them and have the same condition?
I have 5 pcs. of LSK389 (TO-71 metal can) and the Idss are perfect.

Buying in the web is a lottery. There are lots of fake things.

Toshiba produced dual NPN / PNP transistors 2SC3381 / 2SA1389 with the same package. Maybe they simply relabelled the BJTs so that they do not have to fake the package. If you have a transistor tester you could at least check whether your samples are BJTs.
