Smile ground connections on phono pre. help

Friends. Another time I said it would build a phono pre based on the TNT SOLIDPHONO circuit, with the SSM2019. and OP285
Well, I made the circuit with good quality components bought on eBay.
I need help on the ground connection. As the earth is connected source, such as phono input connectors, as the land of the circuit board?. In the cabinet of the source, which is separated from the pre cabinet as network connects the land and how land supply?
There is so much information that I was mistaken, and do not want any ground loops.
Help me a lot a diagram or drawing, as my English sometimes confuses me the words.
Of course, thanks Jose from Uruguay.
