My LCR phono has been interfered by nearby mobile phone within 5 m. radius, while audioresearch PH3 is still silence.
What should I do to get rid of it. Thank you.

Add RF filters to the input. Move your phone further away. Take the item back and ask for a refund, on the grounds that it has poor EMC performance and is therefore unsuitable for use in a modern domestic environment.
