I am looking into a building a Aikido or a Tetra phone preamp. I will be using it on my turntable with AT-95E cartridge - I believe its a 3mV out. Will the Aikido or Tetra be compatible with the output of my cartridge ??

The cartridge is looking for an input impedance of resistance 47 k Ohms and capacitance 100 - 200 pF. I did a groove watt design but the Teta is similar for the RIAA values. Both designs are good, and you will have to roll some tubes to find the flavor you prefer. I did the input impedance for the B&O requirements...
