If it's S shaped it's probably an early Rega 200 arm. A pic would help though.

Default Horses mouth

Have you asked Rega? Send them the pic and the text of the email from QED to confirm.

defitely not a Rega, though the picture is too dark (and me too lazy to turn up the contrast) to see which OEM it really is.

BTW, I did not know QED ever made turntables. Could you post a complete picture?

QED reply me again this is the awnser

"Dear Faxurda,
I am told that the tone arm was our own design, but unfortunately we have no details as the product was discontinued some time ago.

Sorry I cannot help on this occasion,
Yours sincerely
Laurence Dearling"

Guy's QED did not keep some archived.

Default tonearm identification

If my somewhat hazy memory is correct the QED arm has design
details related to tone-arms made by a company called Logic.

I'd suggest it was built by Logic as an OEM item for QED.

Both companies are now defunct.

Wink QED R232 arm

These are the facts about the tone arm fitted to the QED R232 turntable. The original QED arm was designed by a small UK company called Helios. QED did however modify the design in house to improve performance and manufacturability. All QED arm's were manufactured in QED's own factory. The cartridge was a modified Goldring Epic, but the stylus fitted, was a unique design to QED's specification.
QED are now part of Armour Group plc.
