Default Wiring up a vocal booth far, far away (can I use powerline audio?)

Nor sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes...

I have a small project studio setup at home, with 90% of my gear (including analog pre-amps) in the living room. I have a storage space I'd like to use as a vocal/iso booth, but it's about 70ft. down the hall from the main room...

Wondering if a powerline audio solution (I know nothing about it, but I run my computer network over powerline, it's great!) is an option for me to hook up my condenser mics in the storage room to my pre-amps in the living room? It'd have to supply the +48V phantom power as well, which makes me think the answer is "no" . I know I could put the pre-amp in the iso booth, and transfer audio digitally, but I need the pre-amp at my mixing console.

Or any tips on how I can cleanly and easily wire-up the room? I don't really want to have a snake running down my entire apartment and across the floor...

Many thanks for any ideas... cheers

IMO Mic level shouldn't exceed 25' or so, especially when phantom power is involved. Although you could add a preamp in the isobooth and catch it at your console and patch in another preamp should there be any type of losses, but phantom power adds complications.

You will have some type of snake running out there with having a headphone mix involved as well, unless its gonna be a permanent setup wired in wall.
