Default power supply

I have a Musical Fidelity X LPS V3 phono stage with basic 24volt dc supply.
could some one point me in the right direction of me building my own one just to improve what I have plus a learing curve for me.I have no problem soldering and I am just looking for a basic project as I will be stuck in the house four the next four or so after spinal surgery.
