Default Vogel's "Lowest Noise" pre-am

Has anybody built the "lowest noise" MM preamp in Burkhard Vogel's good but EXPENSIVE book, "Sound of Silence"? He did a spooky detailed math optimization of parameters and stuck optimized params in a pretty ordinary circuit. I'm really interested to hear if anyone has actually committed the math to silicon and circuit board.

And in obvious violation of copyright laws has anybody got that circuit in SPICE or some other form?
