Hi

Please comment on this type Johnson DC motor as a replacement for TT motor

Johnson dc motor, sinter brons Glidebeering, Nice lineair run
DC regulating motor, Big contact bruches, start running @:ca 1,5volt Nominal:12 volt,
RPM @ 12 volt 18000/min,
Size 60x37mm,
Axel Diam:3,2 mm.
Long length:13mm,
Condition new.

I think the nominal speed at 12 V is too high. You'll need a very good DC power supply, with a good adjustment system. An Lp turns at 33 rpm, turn ratio: 18000/33.333=540. The speed depends on the voltage value. Imagine the voltage coefficient per plate rpm!!!!!!!!
