Default Mayware Tone Arm

I am clearing stuff for the widow of a pal who passed away recently.
There is a tone arm in a Mayware box, but I just can't find the type, or whether it is complete or not.

If I put some photos on line I wondrr if you guys or ga;s could help ?

Photos will help; however I'd also post it up on www.vinylengine.com where there are far more vinyl-oriented collectors and experts than here.

If you don't want an account thaere, I can post up something for you.

Yes. It is likely a Mayware Formula 4, i've sold many, own one, have most of the parts for another and gave a 3rd one to a buddy.
