Default Help with LINGO power supply

During transit of LP12, some of the connections on the LINGO to LP12 power lead have become detached at the LP12 end. I still have some leads attached, which are from one end = BROWN, BLACK, RED. WHITE still in situ at the other end. The rest, I have lost the orientation, can anyone help!!!.

Hello esprit, my first post.
From bearing:
motor blue: brown
motor com: black
motor red: red
green led: violet
red led: yellow
led comm: green
switch: blue
+5: white
