Hi,
Yes, certainly worth selling, as this arm is now quite fashionable. There is enthusiasm to be found on Vinyl Engine, for example - someone on there has fitted one to a Linn Axis. I had one myself a long time ago, bought new, and used it with a Connoisseur BD1 kit. Results were pretty good on the whole. It's quite a high effective mass arm, so the high-compliance MMs of the time (I used a Shure M75ED for some years) didn't suit it that well. Modern cartridges are a different matter. It's beautifully made and finished, as well. E-bay is one obvious place to sell the arm, with all precautions observed. I have seen one or two used (sometimes downright tatty) examples go for what seemed good prices, but I'm afraid I can't remember the numbers. Selling via forums that support this is another option. I think you'll get the best price in places where enthusiasts for this arm are likely to be on the lookout ![]() Mark |
