am i missing something

ok, i see so many threads about turntables ect... when this forum is labeled Source > Analogue, what does this mean. I as a lot of qestions about analog signal processing, and don't want to annoy people becasue i posted all of it in the wrong spot.

Well, things about amps maight be better in the solid state/tube sections.

But anything about tape, wire recording, mic amps, eq might be possible.
