How do I replace tonearm phono cable?

Hi,
I have a Yamaha YP-800 DD Turntable

The phono and earth cable have been extended by the previous owner with the wires spliced and covered with electrical tape:mad:


So I to need to replace the phono and earth cable. They are connected to what I think (after a bit of internet surfing) is a straight female 5 pin Din connector.

It seems to measure about 12mm diamter

Here is a picture of the connector at the top right hand corner, and the grey phono/ earth cable connected to the white connector

What part(s) do I need to buy, where, and how do I wire the phono cable and earth to the connector?
