Default How do I replace tonearm phono cable?

Hi,
I have a Yamaha YP-800 DD Turntable

The phono and earth cable have been extended by the previous owner with the wires spliced and covered with electrical tape

So I to need to replace the phono and earth cable. They are connected to what I think (after a bit of internet surfing) is a straight female 5 pin Din connector.

It seems to measure about 12mm diamter

Here is a picture of the connector at the top right hand corner, and the grey phono/ earth cable connected to the white connector

What part(s) do I need to buy, where, and how do I wire the phono cable and earth to the connector?

Can I use:

It does, but ask them for an outside diameter just in case. I have a Linn one here that measures 11.7mm.
