Default RIAA from the LME49710 datasheet

i got some LME49710HE opamps here, and i wanted to make a RIAA preamp with them.
i wanted to make the one that you can find in the datasheet on page 2
now i see stuff like 47nF//33nF and 26.1K +909ohm
i assume they are connected in series/parallel but what is what?
i guessed // is parallel and + is series, am i correct?
