RJM 6DJ8 passive phono challenge! Pimp my board...

On this 6DJ8 phono stage on I'm a bit stumped as to the best layout. Perhaps you can help me out.

Download the Eagle brd/sch files attached and play around rearranging the parts and adding the traces. Board can be single or double sided. Have fun!

this is a mono pcb; for stereo you need 2*pcb's.

Did you give up on making boards for this project? I saw the design on your site and it looks pretty straight forward. I'd be interested in boards if you made them.
