Does anybody have information on the brand or model of this turn table arm?
-how about the quality?

Unipivot has less low end slam but can give delicate highs compared to gimballs, not?

I once had an ancient GH228 Super. Not bad really, maybe just a tad lightweight in the bass but very tuneful.

That one is shinier than mine (late 70s vintage)... all-in-all a pretty nice arm. They have been continually improved over time.

Decca's pretty much only work well in Decca's own arm, or a unipivot. They are heavy and have low compliance. They've been known to jump from the groove on heavy bass passages. A damped unipivot is the perfect means of controlling them.

I have a buddy with a Decca (actuallt 3 of them, all having passed thru Garrot Bros) that he uses on a diy Schroder and a well tempered before that.
