No, out of a lot of reasons.
One is that most MC cartridges have a peak in the treble anyway.
The other is that the Lyras i use are tuned by Mishima San with some records i send him over modified Stax headphones. That way i approximately know what he hears.
My filter is different though. Hope to find it.

Yes, at that time i wanted to make it a commercial product and did not publish the schematic, only my simulations.
It went never into production.
I hope i can find the circuit somewhere else.
