Salas, you also make a tube stage. How does that compare to the Simplistic ?

I do not count many junctions in the Paradise since we cut out the cascoding and the complex buffer.

Interesting. I work on and off on a tube phono too. I just can not decide if i should add a transformer or do a Fet-Tube cascode.

Relatively to alike CCTs. The Simplistic is errr...minimalistic. That unassuming pony horse can do more tricks with mouse quiet JFETs but alas Toshiba orphaned us. But the topic is Paradise and the awesome effort put by the team to prepare it for diyers. Good work.

Balanced impedance floating input Tx, more natural.

I could make a folded cascode with P-Channels ala. JC. Morrison. I am afraid a JFet under a high Gm tube just sees too little Uds.

Yes, i think a balanced transformer input is the way to go.
