I sure wasn't advocating multi-channel.. To me it has always been hopeless...bit like room correction...trying to persuade your brain you're somewhere else. We can hardly get two channels working.. And I do think we should master those before we try to walk a technical path to something far more complex.

What really scares me, is that an IPOD with a good set of headphones can in musical terms outperform most of the really expensive systems I saw at the recent CES. There simply is no WOW in the way things are presented...I blive that if we break the code...There can be a lot of WOW in i high-end...just have to crack the code...

George Michael sounds very good on my system. Capture a part in Audacity for example and you will be surprised about the dynamic range and variety by just looking at the waveform. Sound like crap on a so called modern High End system.

That must go without saying of course...

I don't care less of who might have a greek ancestor... Sorry Salas - you seem to take that very seriously.

Gods ( call it the energy, call it the big bang, whatever, this is not about religion, this is forbidden on this forum ) code is too simple to crack. Other wise it would not be so robust.
Mathematically i imagine a massive addition. No division and no subtraction required.
That would explain the time line and that we are always in the "now" and not in the past and not in the future. So the mathematical expression is : 1111111111...........
