MPP

Here is a photo of the commercial version of the Suesskind Opus Magnum Pre-Regulator.
The PCBs have special aluminum inlays to cary the heave coils.
I am working on a more economical DIY version for the Paradise.

I am using 159ZJ in similar application as per advise from John Swenson.

That could be '159ZA 300mH 1A 6.0ohm 500 2.50 C14H'. At the cost of mH's these go for low-resistance values, and high currents. This is needed if you do not have 'volts' to spare (so to say) or have a high current need. But if you do a new design, for low currents, you can select a transformer with a few volts more to spare, and use one with more mH's and a higher resistance, both will help make a better filter. I actualy like the higher resistance, for low current small signal circuits.
