Which DL103-mod this is?

Hello,

Does someone happen to have any idea what could be this DL103-mod, which I occasionally ran to for a while ago, and which I could not identify?

Thank you very much, I think I see the cut now.
I suppose that it has something to do with m. Jean Hiraga.

Just in the case, as mr. Google was not quite helpful with this, are there perhaps some more info available somewhere?
