BOM needed for Mark Kelly controller

I have the Mark Kelly motor speed controller version two pcb by S.Bergeron.
I have googled the words and combination of words to no avail.
Can anyone supply me with a component list for this board ? or at least point me to it.

no need for any answers i found the BOM for the board, tucked away nice and safe with the motor

I hadn't thought that far ahead. My original plan was to use it for my VPI, but I've since concluded that I prefer my direct drives.
The reason I needed the BOM was to see if I could build it from parts at hand. If I can't I'll put the board and motor up for sale.

On second thoughts it is for sale now.
No point hanging onto stuff I'll never use, and some belt drive lover might want it.
