Default Accuphase T-101 restoration

Hi.

I have just got an Accuphase T-101 tuner and I simply love it's sound. However, it's old and the electrolytic capacitors need to be changed I suppose. To take one step at a time, I will start with the PSU. What brand/type of caps would you use to get best performance, and try to maintain the original sonic signature?
