Can anyone identify this tonearm? I would like to know so that I may research which tonearm/cartridge combination is considered most ideal.

SME Model 3009 Plug that into Ebay I think you will find it there...it is simular

Looks like an OEM type and resembles some cheaper Japanese arms of the early 1970s

Dont know, but reminds me of MicroSeiki
Looks big, is it a 12"

Maybe that antiscating arrangement could indentify it

It is 10" from end to end (straight line).
