As earlyer mentioned, show us what you hear. Work backwards, find the wiggle on the output of the dut, then work back towards the input and then the rail. If you can hear it you can find it. When you know the time domain and see the formation on the scope it should be easy to find elsewhere if it exist there.

The input tubes are normally more suspicious but change for any stage you have to possibly find clues

I recommend 3A Schottky rectifiers minimum for the sort of load current you are likely to see. Also when you build the new one space them 5mm off the board.
If you are using one bridge to power each channel the peak current is probably several amps or more - even a Schottky might be dissipating more than a 1/2W and conventional silicon over 1W and will get very hot.
