That is weird it should read 10 Ohm. Puts Q2 into suspicion.

When powered see what Vgs it shows between its outer pins first.

Its datasheet says 1.5 to 3.5V

Salas I asked because I haven't new spare of DN2540, I have a couple used that I'm not sure if are good, I will do the test and seems once is OK so I will change.
