I have had a Technics 1506 open reel deck collecting dust for the past couple of years. Years ago I purchased a brand new head block and found that there were some issues with channel imbalance that had nothing to do with the heads. I now find myself with some time on my hands and would like to start a refurb effort. In researching service advice for these decks I have found that they are pretty complicated to take apart and I would like to have schematics at the ready before starting anything.
If anyone has an electronic copy of the service manual that they would be willing to share I would be extremely grateful! |
