Hi,
This is a follow on post from the one I posted requesting the JLH tuner articles. These where kindly provided by Forr (thanks ).The articles mention an ALPS FF317U Fm tuner front end. This uses a variable capacitor for tuning and not varicaps. Is a Larsholt front end a suitable replacement for use in this design and if so is it still available? Hope someone can suggest a suitable replacement as the Alps tuners are no longer available. Thanks, David. London,UK |
