Lightbulb DC motor built in PLL

Hello folks;
While i was looking motor control circuit for a DIY turntable; I came across a new motor. ( 3 Phase 12 pole brushless Dc motor )
Phase-locked-loop speed control is a built-in . What sort of a control unit would you suggest to use on this?
Any idea
Thanks
