tnx all IC was changed and tested before, everything is ok with them. i have put them on another mk2, and they are working without any problems :S

Does the behavior change when you unplug the fader?

if i unplug the pitch, the behavior is still same. i have changed the motor, behavior is still same.

but the motor from defected technics starts a little bit slower in a good technics. i think it is little bit burned up

No, I think the bearing needs some oil.

If you have a good working unit, why don't you try changing the complete PCB and see what you get?
(I unsolder the pins where the transformer wires are attached.)
