I have some MUR3020WT around ... these are three leg diodes with a common cathode... Can I connect both anodes and use them as "normal" rectifier diodes ?

Those are already 55pF junction capacitance big diodes, you wanna do that 110pF? Naah.

I have upgraded a bennic xpp coupling cap with a obbligato gold
for my surprise the sound become less transparent, bass Is rough not controlled
the only little improvement are better highs resolution
that Is for about 25 hrs listening
do you think obbligato have time to burn In to play better

See what happens in a week's time, if not satisfied yet try to bypass with FT-1 22n Russian small size Teflon. Only check those before you install for their leads condition. Test value is normal & not breaking signal with a little shake. Kept in Red Army logistics for many years.
